Go Weather is a part of the GO Team's efforts, who previously brought you Go Launcher and Go SMS. Both are good products. Go Weather is no exception. It is a full weather updater that has a LOT of options. You get widgets (2x1, 4x1, and 4x2), live wallpaper with video or static weather pictures, updates for almost all major cities in the world, offline sync of weather, and much more.

If you want a good clock with weather, or just interesting in weather, you really should this one.

The only problem is this one eats up quite a bit of memory, as it loads up to THREE services (widget, live wallpaper, and updater) in the background.

AAQR: POV Live Wallpaper Demo (U)

POV LWP is an interesting idea. By using the accelerometer, it gives a very small shift of the background, giving you the illusion that the background is UNDER the screen. It's a little like looking at one of those lenticular "3D" pictures. Works better with icons on top so the "contrast" of different layers is emphasized.

The lite version has 5 pictures. The full version allow you to set your own pictures.

This app can't decide what to call itself. It's "Enterprise" in the App Market. Once installed it's "Star Trek". And it has random Enterprises flying by... but the graphics are lousy, the sprites small, and not much animation.

AAQR: Dynamic Paint Live Wallpaper (U)

Dynamic Paint LWP basically is a combination random paint splotch with a bit of "drip" and transparency sim.

Looks pretty cool. You can even adjust the thickness of the paint (the default seem a bit too transparent)

Fluidsim LWP basically has some water "particles" trying to pretend it's water. It's somewhat amusing, but there are other better "liquid sims" out there as LWP. In any case, it's not that interesting as they basically fall to the bottom and you see nothing behind the dock.

AAQR: Psychedelic Live Wallpaper (U)

This one is a bit more interesting. Some random particles run around and hit edges, bounce, and create 'explosions' of colored circles. Your taps also create more 'explosions'. Soon the screen is covered with concentric and overlapping circles from the various 'explosions'.

Somewhat interesting.

AAQR: Daylight Zone Live Wallpaper (U)

Similar to "World Clock", this displays where the sun and sunlight zone are shown on a global map.

The problem is the map is "stretched" to fit on a portrait orientation screen. So it doesn't look right.

Also, the LWP have some problem dealing with LauncherPro's "wrap-around" scrolling. There are quite a few refresh issues.
