Go Weather is a part of the GO Team's efforts, who previously brought you Go Launcher and Go SMS. Both are good products. Go Weather is no exception. It is a full weather updater that has a LOT of options. You get widgets (2x1, 4x1, and 4x2), live wallpaper with video or static weather pictures, updates for almost all major cities in the world, offline sync of weather, and much more.
If you want a good clock with weather, or just interesting in weather, you really should this one.
The only problem is this one eats up quite a bit of memory, as it loads up to THREE services (widget, live wallpaper, and updater) in the background.
