Image via CrunchBaseAppolicious tries to combine a bit of Android News, an app recommendation engine, latest apps, some crowd-sourced "lists", and package that together as a competition of Appbrain. It also asks you to rate all the the apps you have on a simple 5 point scale. However, you can do that with the regular market. While the app isn't that bad, it just isn't that visible (fonts are smaller) and the recommendation engine is a bit strange. It just doesn't really bring anything really special to the table.
